When buying a used car, especially one where there are only a few found on the market, you are ripe for rip-offs, but not here at Rotolo. Danielle was incredible, letting me know that a few others were coming in to see the car I found that day, it was in high demand, and I live 2-3 hours away, with Friday rush-hour traffic. She said she was concerned it would be sold before I got there, so I asked if I could see a bunch of photos and maybe purchase it beforehand. Half an hour later, she texted to say we would have to rush, as another person was on their way to see it. It felt like trying to get concert tickets; how quickly she had to get approval for me to purchase immediately over someone on their way. I checked the photos and the Carfax report, then simply went for it. I had lost out on other cars like this one, and it was very attractively priced. The price even went lower when they found that the registration still had 6 months left, and they took 300 off the price since I didn't have to get a fresh registration. I was really nervous as I had never bought a car sight unseen. But to my surprise, when I got there, it was nicer in person! It had been detailed inside and out, and some stains I thought were on the seats were all gone. It smelled amazing and was perfectly clean. It was exactly as Danielle shared. In fact, they noticed the car charger was missing, so they took the time to track one down, even though it was an AS-IS sale, and I didn't expect one to still be with the car. They really care about all the details. If you are looking for a used car, take the drive. Carmax listed it as a great deal, and it was. Not one surprise other than LOWERING the quoted price when they did all the paperwork. That was very unexpected.

This dealership is not Military friendly and does not support Military members. The owner here apparently will not sell a vehicle to anyone who is military unless they have a valid drivers licenses. Even though most states consider your expired drivers licenses to be valid as long as you have a current military ID. Even California recognizes this from it own residents stationed in other states. So apparently the owner of this dealership DOES NOT SUPPORT our active duty military members. So go to a dealership that supports your service.
I was referred by my son in law, who previously purchased a vehicle with you. I had been shopping around for quite a while, but was pleasantly surprised when I received a video showing the car that I was interested in. From start to finish, I received exceptional customer service, friendly staff, and an overall experience that was over and above what I expected. I initially worked with Pedro, so I'd like to give him credit for doing an awesome job at getting me in, but was handed off to Mitchell who also did an outstanding job. He continued to communicate every step of the way and made me feel like I mattered. I cannot say enough good things about my entire experience and will absolutely be a return customer for life.
Took my Traverse in because I got a notification from onstar I had an issue with my battery and or starter. The diagnostic test was 250.00, battery was 350 and starter 500. Labor is another story. 1295.00 with the hrly rate of 250.00 and hr, that equates to 5.18 hrs. For a 2 hr job at most. Then when I went to pick up my vehicle the check engine light was on. The service person took it to the back. Brought it back said it was a loose battery cable. Not very good workmanship. I have bought two vehicles from there and referred several others.
Have been shopping for a new Chevy Traverse for over a year love the 2025 body style. Just won a discrimination lawsuit and had a conversation with Amando General manager. He asked me which vehicle I was interested in told him the Chevy Traverse told him want to pay cash for this car since I purchased the care I'm driving right now in 2019 and it has less than 40,000 miles and was offered 13,500 out of that the total amount owed 8,900 so with the 40,000 to pay for the car plus the trade in amount was a slap in the face and wasted 3 hours at the dealership until I could not sit any longer just had surgery on my hip on a walker. was advised by Chad that he was trying to locate the car that we made a verbal deal over the phone for 42,000 2025 Trevrese LS model with sunroof, "found one for you 42,000 out the door when can you come in told him over the phone could not come in at that moment had been out for a while and needed to get home to take my medication the appointment was set for 0900 on this past Saturday. Was told that they would call me back to tell me if they could locate one or not. That when my son said mom enough is enough call the general manager Amando called was told that he was there but not at his desk will have him to call you back. Waited from 1030 am for a call back nothing. So, I called back and spoke with young lady that said he is available, and he is at his desk I'll transfer you okay no problem, he picked up I said hello and he hung up that is when I decided to go somewhere else. Your sales team and General manager did not keep their word, and they wasted my time and no one from your office has reached out to my friend to see if she is okay or not. Bad customer service will not be bringing my car for maintenance, service or to purchase a vehicle.
On Tuesday, September 3rd, I dropped my son's car off around 5:30 pm for overheating. On Wednesday, I was contacted and informed that the car needed a new radiator and hoses. I agreed to have the work completed and an oil change which came up to $2,382.00. We picked up the car on Thursday. On Friday, my son attempted to go to work when the car began overheating. On Saturday, I dropped the car back off at the dealership. By Monday at noon, I had not received any word about the car. I called and was asked to leave a message because my advisor was unavailable. My call was returned approximately an hour later. I was informed that the water pump needs to be replaced which will cost me another $1,000.00 plus. I bring my car to the dealership for quality level service which should include a proper diagnosis of what's wrong with the car. I understand that I am paying for certified technicians to assess and work on my car. But when the diagnosis is not correct, I should not be left to fork out the money. I am simply left wondering, did I just need the water pump and they charged me all this money for a radiator and hoses when it wasn't needed. For this level of service, I feel like I can use any local mechanic. I won't be bringing my cars back for service here again and I advise you to do your homework before choosing Rotolo.
