Took my Traverse in because I got a notification from onstar I had an issue with my battery and or starter. The diagnostic test was 250.00, battery was 350 and starter 500. Labor is another story. 1295.00 with the hrly rate of 250.00 and hr, that equates to 5.18 hrs. For a 2 hr job at most. Then when I went to pick up my vehicle the check engine light was on. The service person took it to the back. Brought it back said it was a loose battery cable. Not very good workmanship. I have bought two vehicles from there and referred several others.
Have been shopping for a new Chevy Traverse for over a year love the 2025 body style. Just won a discrimination lawsuit and had a conversation with Amando General manager. He asked me which vehicle I was interested in told him the Chevy Traverse told him want to pay cash for this car since I purchased the care I'm driving right now in 2019 and it has less than 40,000 miles and was offered 13,500 out of that the total amount owed 8,900 so with the 40,000 to pay for the car plus the trade in amount was a slap in the face and wasted 3 ...
On Tuesday, September 3rd, I dropped my son's car off around 5:30 pm for overheating. On Wednesday, I was contacted and informed that the car needed a new radiator and hoses. I agreed to have the work completed and an oil change which came up to $2,382.00. We picked up the car on Thursday. On Friday, my son attempted to go to work when the car began overheating. On Saturday, I dropped the car back off at the dealership. By Monday at noon, I had not received any word about the car. I called and was asked to leave a message ...

There was very little organization at this dealership. Nobody knew what was going on. Zero communication between there sales, finance, and management teams. I received multiple calls due to Nobody on there end communicating. Had to make 3 trips back to fix there mistakes. Just overall not a good experience. I will not buy from here in the future.
Jay did an outstanding job explaining the various options between models. We were slow in making the decision of when to buy and Jay was very patient and courteous, by keeping in contact with us. James was very knowledgeable and gave us many suggestions on what programs to purchase and did not pressure us. He was pleasant to work with.

I have to say out of all of the dealerships that I have interacted with recently, Rotolo Chevrolet is one of the few dealers that do not have any market markups and/or installed dealer accessories added onto the MSRP of their cars that is a way to rip customers off and take advantage of them. Sales person Jay was very friendly. Although he was new and you can tell I was willing to work w them. Robert the financial was not willing to hear what a customers expression were and what to sell me what he wanted and not what I was looking for. I’m 37 wks pregnant looking for a suv for my family. It took Robert over 8 hrs to work the deal I was suppose to get for someone who had an over 800 credit score. I’m happy w my car but the experience was horrible for sure….

Steve Robarge is the man. Not only did he send us several options of vehicles to choose from, once we selected a car, he came in on his day off to complete the sale.
The deal that was offered to me was honored and that for the most part is all you can ask for these days when it comes to buying a used vehicle.
Initially our buying experience was great because we bought the exact vehicle we were in search of. However, this was short lived due to a mistake made by the finance department. In essence, we paid cash for the extended warranty separate from the cash down payment. We were called a week later and they wanted an additional amount ($1700.00) because they made a mistake and applied the $1700 to the down payment. We had only authorized the $1700 to pay for the warranty which was a completely separate transaction. This issue is still ongoing and has yet to be resolved. I was referred ...

Very good customer service. We had recently bought a used trailblazer that gave us nothing but problems in the first 2 months and I wanted to return the car, but was worried that I could only return it as a trade in which would mean I wouldn’t be getting the same value I got at purchase. Fortunately they were able to come to an agreement with my credit union and outright canceled the contract which meant I could return the car and not owe anything at all to anyone. Then I went ahead and purchased a new vehicle.
